Things I will not need to do today:
put the bread in the proofing box to rise

It's mid winter here ... I have to run the oven up to 40C to do the final rise of the bread in reasonable time.



I usually finish my wife's bread at 28C in the proofing box. Today, I set it on an indoor windowsill in the sun.
